Healing Arts & Peer Support — CPSS Certification, Mental Health First Aid, CNA Track. Get certified to help others and get PAID. Starting pay: $19/hr. Direct employers: Bridges of Hope, Alliance Health.

Financial Literacy — Banking, credit repair, wealth-building, entrepreneurship. Certificate: NCWorks Financial Readiness. Build your business or go corporate. Real income from day one.

Music & Media Production — Studio engineering, beats, branding, sync licensing. Certifications: Avid Pro Tools, Ableton, Music Business. Starting pay: $20/hr studio rate. Employers hire directly from the cohort.

Cinematic Arts

Film Production, Camera, Editing, On-Set Crew. Certifications: Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, SetReady PA Cert. Employers hire directly from this cohort. Starting pay: $150+/day on set.
